A tile in Cathedral Square in Vilnius that reads: "STEBUKLAS," which means "miracle." It was on this spot that Balts started a human chain to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. They protesters held hands from Vilnius to Talinn in the longest unbroken human chain on record. It is said that if you stand on it, spin around 3 times, and make a wish, that that wish will come true.
